Delivery & returns
UAE: free, 1–3 working days. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain & Jordan: free on orders of AED 700 or more, otherwise AED 50, 5–8 working days, or Express with DHL / FedEx for AED 85, 4–5 working days. US, UK, Australia & Canada: Express with DHL / FedEx for AED 150, 3–5 working days. Times are counted from dispatch; orders are prepared in 2–3 working days. Cash on delivery is available in the UAE, with an AED 10 cash on delivery fee.
Outside the UAE, your country's customs may charge import duties or VAT when your parcel arrives. These are set by your government, not by Humble Power, and are collected by the courier.
