15-Day Return Period: You have 15 days from the date delivery to initiate a return for any unused and unworn items. We want you to have enough time to try your new activewear and make sure it’s the right fit for your needs.

Easy Returns: Our return process is simple and hassle-free. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@humblepower.ae to request a return authorization. We’ll guide you through the steps and provide you with a return label.

Refunds or Exchanges: You can choose to receive a full refund to your original payment method or exchange your item for a different size or product. Please indicate your preference when contacting us.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached. Please ensure that the item is free of any odors, stains, or damages.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide a return label for your convenience, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
